Our workshop is now open for repairs. We are dealing with repairs in order of receipt, so please bear with us if your radio is currently here; we will notify you to let you know once your repair is completed and on its way back to you. As you can appreciate there is currently a backlog of repairs, however we expect them to take about 15 working days which will improve over time.
The technical team will be available to assist you as usual via email, but it may take us up to five working days to respond. Should you have a technical problem, in the first instance weOur access to phones is limited, but if you leave us a message, including your contact details, we will call you back if emailing us is not possible. Please avoid emailing and calling as this will double our workload and delay a response.
Parts orders are now being processed and posted daily.
